Relax Gaming Launches Cloudforge Slot With Expanding Multiplier Wilds
Relax Gaming has released Cloudforge (8 October 2026), a steampunk sky-foundry slot designed to combine accessible base-game pacing with escalating multiplier potential during its free spins bonus round. Following the studio’s recent launch of Bonus Reels™, Cloudforge puts upward-growing Expanding Wilds and Electric Reels at the centre of every spin.
- Studio: Relax Gaming
- Release Date: October 2026
- Core Mechanics: Upward-growing Expanding Wilds + Electric Reels
- Bonus Feature: Free Spins with progressive Wild multipliers
- Target Pacing: Balanced hit frequency with multiplier build-up in the bonus round
Upward-Growing Expanding Wilds & Electric Reels
Unlike ultra-complex grid slots that require pages of symbol modifiers to follow, Cloudforge focuses on two interconnected mechanics in the base game:
- Upward Expanding Wilds: When Wild symbols land, they expand upwards across the reel and increase their attached multiplier as they grow.
- Electric Reels: Charged reel positions inject sudden bursts of volatility into standard spins, helping connect Expanding Wilds across multiple columns.
Progressive Multipliers During Free Spins
When the Free Spins bonus triggers, the Expanding Wild mechanic shifts from single-spin boosts to a cumulative progression. Each new Wild that lands during the bonus round benefits from progressive multipliers that build across the feature, giving later spins significantly higher payout potential than the opening rounds.
“Expanding Wilds are a mechanic that players continue to gravitate towards, and we wanted to build an experience that puts them front and centre. During free spins, progressive multipliers give each new Wild the potential to push the feature further, creating a natural sense of build-up as the round develops.” – Louis Manché, Game Product Owner at Relax Gaming
Where Cloudforge Fits for Bonus & Slot Players
Because Cloudforge is built with a smoother base-game cadence than extreme-volatility releases like Money Train 5, it is well suited to standard session budgets and €10 minimum deposit play. Before spinning, we always recommend checking the active RTP percentage in the game rules and reviewing our safe online casinos guide.
